Please read these Terms carefully. They include a recurring-payment authorisation for subscriptions (Section 5), a cancellation policy (Section 6) and a refund policy (Section 7).

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Wang Yongfei ("Wang Yongfei" / "we" / "us" / "our"). We are an individual / sole trader operating under the laws of the People's Republic of China.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including social proof widgets, campaign management, lead capture, conversion reporting and related analytics, available at https://www.ccroo.com (the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy at https://www.ccroo.com/index.php/p/privacy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.

Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

2.1 What We Provide

Wang Yongfei provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that lets businesses show and manage social proof on their own websites — for example "someone just bought", live visitor counts and limited-time offers — together with campaign management, lead capture, conversion reporting and related analytics. The Service is a digital software product delivered over the internet.

2.2 Nature of the Service

The Service is a digital, intangible product. Upon confirmed payment, access is granted immediately. Due to this immediate digital delivery, specific limitations apply to refunds as described in Section 7.

2.3 AI Model Dependency

Some optional features of the Service (for example AI-assisted content generation and AI translation) use third-party AI model providers. Service performance and availability of those features may be affected by the operational status of those providers. We will endeavour to communicate significant disruptions in a timely manner.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.2 Account Security

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].
  • Do not share your credentials with any third party.
  • Keep your billing email address up to date.

3.3 Business Accounts

If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans for access to the Service. We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. For current plan details and pricing, please visit https://www.ccroo.com/index.php/billing/pricing.

We reserve the right to modify plan features or introduce new plans at any time. Price changes are governed by Section 5.1.

5. Billing & Payment

5.1 Recurring Billing Authorization

By providing your payment method and subscribing to a paid plan, you expressly authorize Wang Yongfei to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fee. This recurring authorization remains in effect until you cancel in accordance with Section 6.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. We will send you advance notice at least 7 days before the renewal of any annual subscription.

Prices are shown and charged in the currency displayed at checkout.

5.2 Taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar) unless otherwise stated. Where required by applicable law, we will collect and remit such taxes. Where Waffo Pancake acts as the merchant of record, it is responsible for calculating, collecting and remitting applicable taxes on the transaction.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Online (recommended): sign in, open the My plan page at https://www.ccroo.com/index.php/billing and press "Cancel auto-renewal".
  • Email: send a cancellation request from your registered email address to [email protected].

Cancellation takes effect immediately, and the change is shown on your My plan page right away. If you cancel by email, we will confirm within 2 business days.

6.2 Effect of Cancellation

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then.
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
  • Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted per our Privacy Policy.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 General Policy

Due to the immediate and intangible nature of our digital services, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as expressly stated below.

7.2 Eligible Refunds

  • New subscriber 7-day guarantee: a full refund is available to first-time subscribers within 7 days of the initial charge, provided usage has not exceeded 20% of the plan quota.
  • Duplicate charge: a full refund for any billing error resulting in a duplicate charge.
  • Verified service outage (72 hours or more): a pro-rated credit or refund for extended outages within our control.
  • Statutory rights: if applicable law grants withdrawal or refund rights, those rights are preserved.

7.3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email, transaction ID and reason. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.

7.4 Non-Refundable Items

  • Fees for subscription periods already used (except as noted in 7.2).
  • Annual subscription fees requested after 30 days from the initial purchase.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Billing Disputes

If you believe there is an error in a charge, please contact us at [email protected] before disputing the charge with your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

9. Content, Outputs & Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership of Your Content

Content you create with the Service — widget text, campaign settings, page copy, images you upload, and the lead and visitor data you collect — belongs to you. You may use it for any lawful purpose consistent with Section 10.

9.2 Input License

By submitting content to the Service ("Inputs"), you grant Wang Yongfei a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your Inputs solely to deliver the Service. We do not use your Inputs to train AI models without your explicit consent.

9.3 Third-Party AI Model Dependency

Optional AI-assisted features use third-party AI model providers. Results may be influenced by those providers models. We do not guarantee specific output quality and accept no liability for output generated by third-party models.

9.4 Accuracy of AI Outputs

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying such output before relying on it.

10. Acceptable Use Policy

10.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Display social proof, testimonials, purchase notifications or visitor counts that are fabricated, misleading or that misrepresent real activity.
  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing or fraudulent.
  • Generate, distribute or facilitate deepfake content — including AI-synthesized audio, video or images — that impersonates real individuals or is intended to deceive viewers about its origin or authenticity.
  • Generate content that sexualizes minors or violates child protection laws.
  • Produce malware, phishing content or cyberattack tools.
  • Collect personal data from website visitors without providing the notices and, where required, obtaining the consent that applicable law requires.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
  • Circumvent or interfere with security features of the Service.
  • Resell or sub-licence access to the Service without prior written approval.
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation or card network rule.

10.3 AI-Specific Prohibitions

Given the AI-assisted features of the Service, you specifically agree NOT to:

  • Use Service inputs, outputs, model responses or any derivative of them to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distil or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model that competes, directly or indirectly, with the Service or the products of Wang Yongfei.
  • Systematically scrape, extract or harvest model outputs at scale for purposes other than your own authorized use of the Service.
  • Represent AI-generated output as the work of a human professional (for example a licensed doctor, lawyer or financial adviser) in contexts where such misrepresentation could cause harm.

11. Data, Privacy & Security

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://www.ccroo.com/index.php/p/privacy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS certified payment processor (Waffo Pancake) and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days following cancellation, then deleted.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

12.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUTS.

12.2 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Always verify AI-generated content with a qualified professional before acting on it.

12.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WANG YONGFEI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Term & Termination

These Terms remain effective while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or as required by law. If we terminate for reasons other than your breach, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused prepaid period. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Before initiating any formal proceedings, please contact us at [email protected] so we can attempt an informal resolution.

15. General Provisions

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect.
